Tenant Work Order

Before you submit a maintenance request, there are a few steps you should take. If you have not tried the suggested solutions (detailed on the work order form) prior to submitting a work order, and, subsequently, the vendor is able to solve the problem using these suggestions, you can be charged for the service call.

1) Smoke and/or Carbon Monoxide detector won't work when tested or battery beeps. *

I replaced the battery. It did not fix it.
I did not replace the battery.
This is not the issue I am having.

2) No power to plugs and switches. *

I reset the GFI and flipped the breaker switch. It did not fix it.
I did not try the fixes.
This is not the issue I am having.

3) Garbage disposal won't work. *

I pushed the red button on the bottom of the disposal. It did not work.
I did not push the button. (Either couldn't find it or didn't try)

4) No hot water *

It is during business hours; I am submitting this work order.
It is after hours. I have called Lakewood Plumbing. 303-233-7007

5) Hot water too hot. *
I adjusted the thermostat and waited 30 minutes. This did not fix the problem.
I did not turn down the thermostat.
This is not the issue I am having.

6) Faucet or toilet leaks. YOU MUST: Turn off water valve, then submit work order. *
I turned off the valve underneath the sink or toilet. Click SUBMIT (BELOW) to finalize and submit work order.

7) Toilet or sink plugged *

I used the plunger. It did not fix the issue.
I didn't use a plunger. The problem is not fixed.

8) No heat. *

9) Dishwasher will not drain *

I cleaned the bottom drain of the dishwasher. This did not fix the problem.

I checked the thermostat. This did not fix the problem.

11) The A/C is not working / not cooling. *

I checked the breaker. This did not fix the problem.
