How can I submit a maintenance request?
Before you submit a maintenance request, there are a few steps you should take. If you have not tried the suggested solutions (detailed on the work order form) prior to submitting a work order, and, subsequently, the vendor is able to solve the problem using these suggestions, you can be charged for the service call.

It is after hours, how do I reach you during an emergency situation at the home?
After hours: Please use this list of vendors for most situations. If this is a true life-threatening emergency such as a structural fire or natural gas leak, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
During business hours (Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00 pm), please submit a work order.
After hours and on weekends, please contact the resources below. Make sure to tell the vendor you are a tenant of Meer and Co for the quickest response!

How do I see a property you manage?
All of our available properties are listed on the Available Properties page. This is a current list and is updated as soon as a home is available for lease. If you are interested in seeing one of our managed properties that is currently available, please contact us through the listing. As our properties are in high demand, we can only respond through the listing process.

What Is Renter’s Insurance?
We require all tenants to carry renter’s insurance. This protects you, the renter. Homeowner’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings. Be prepared to show us the proof of insurance when you sign the lease.
