Such a great rental experience! The first time I met Bill, I knew that Meer and Co weren't like other management companies. He was friendly and responsive and has been great to work with. Renee has also been a lifesaver; anytime we had a maintenance request, she was quick to respond and able to help with whatever we needed.

Ive really enjoyed working with Bill at Meer and Company. He and his team have handled everything from finding renters to collecting rent and maintaining our property. It gives me peace of mind to be able to work with them.

Meer & Co have been great for the past four years that we have rented with them. They are always easy to work with and responsive to any tenant needs, including maintenance and work orders. There are not enough words to type how wonderful Meer and Company was to me the past two years. I was in desperate need to find something affordable and realistic so I reached out to Bill when I saw their listing. He was kind, responsive, and professional. They took care of me and always helped with anything I needed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Renee the bookkeeper is also the sweetest person. I am so sad to move and do not think I will ever rent from people as nice and genuine as them. It’s hard now a day’s not feeling like someone is just taking your money but these people actually care and mean it!! They felt more like friends than “landlords”. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bill and Renee. I do not think I would have survived and been able to stay in Denver during the pandemic if it was not for them. I love this company and will miss them so much.

The team at MEER and Co have been managing our properties for about 8 years now. They have always done a great job finding and keeping tenants. COVID threw a curve ball this year, but the team worked with each tenant that was struggling to create a plan that worked for them. As a landlord, despite everything, this year is on track to be a good year. I can relax knowing that they've got it all covered.

Meer and Company has been great to rent from the past five years. Bill and Renee are always very responsive and have been lovely to work with. Work orders were always completed in a timely manner. They also have annual inspections to make sure things are up to date and safe. Great experience!

Mr. Bill and Ms. Renee were outstanding from our initial meeting. Any issues were quickly taken care of through their easy-to-use Maintenance Request system. Any advisories for our area (freeze warnings, etc.) were promptly emailed to my roommate and me. I would highly recommend Meer & Co for your needs as they were and are thoroughly professional.

Bill and Renee at Meer & Company made renting from them a good experience. Repairs were taken care of promptly and the homes they lease are of good standards.
