I was in desperate need to find something affordable and realistic so I reached out to Bill when I saw their listing. He was kind, responsive, and professional. They took care of me and always helped with anything I needed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Renee the bookkeeper is also the sweetest person. I am so sad to move and do not think I will ever rent from people as nice and genuine as them. It’s hard now a day’s not feeling like someone is just taking your money but these people actually care and mean it!! They felt more like friends than “landlords”. The team at MEER and Co have been managing our properties for about 8 years now. They have always done a great job finding and keeping tenants. COVID threw a curve ball this year, but the team worked with each tenant that was struggling to create a plan that worked for them. As a landlord, despite everything, this year is on track to be a good year. I can relax knowing that they've got it all covered.
