Meer & Co have been great for the past four years that we have rented with them. They are always easy to work with and responsive to any tenant needs, including maintenance and work orders. Recently they helped us coordinate moving units within the same building and they made the process very simple and convenient for us. I couldn't recommend them enough!

There are not enough words to type how wonderful Meer and Company was to me the past two years. I was in desperate need to find something affordable and realistic so I reached out to Bill when I saw their listing. He was kind, responsive, and professional. They took care of me and always helped with anything I needed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Renee the bookkeeper is also the sweetest person. I am so sad to move and do not think I will ever rent from people as nice and genuine as them. It’s hard now a day’s not feeling like someone is just taking your money but these people actually care and mean it!! They felt more like friends than “landlords”. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bill and Renee. I do not think I would have survived and been able to stay in Denver during the pandemic if it was not for them. Such a great rental experience! The first time I met Bill, I knew that Meer and Co weren't like other management companies. He was friendly and responsive and has been great to work with. Renee has also been a lifesaver; anytime we had a maintenance request, she was quick to respond and able to help with whatever we needed.

Mr. Bill and Ms. Renee were outstanding from our initial meeting. Any issues were quickly taken care of through their easy-to-use Maintenance Request system. Any advisories for our area (freeze warnings, etc.) were promptly emailed to my roommate and me. I would highly recommend Meer & Co for your needs as they were and are thoroughly professional.
