Peter Meer » RMP®, MPM®

• In 1982, Peter Meer created a residential property management company in Denver that emphasizes professional relationships with both owners and tenants.
• Past President of the Denver Chapter, NARPM®
• Past Board member/Treasurer of NARPM
• Holds all three of the professional designations from NARPM: Residential Management Professional (RMP), Master Property Manager (MPM), and Meer & Company, Inc. is one of only five firms in Colorado that holds the Certified Residential Management Company designation.
• Pete is highly respected for his Expert Witness services.
• He teaches various courses on property management services including ethics, repairs, and operations.

Renee Varon

• Renee Varon returned to Meer and Company, Inc. in 2015 as the full-time bookkeeper. Since then she has taken on more responsibilities and is now the Operations Manager, handling communications and services for tenants and owners.
  
• Renee has 40 years of experience in Information Technology, spanning all aspects of Data Security, from banking through Federal Security Compliance testing.
